Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase

Please note we don't cover the cost to post the items back to us

We will refund the product price but we don't refund the shipping charge once the order is shipped.

We deeply apologies for any inconvenience that may cause but these conditions do not affect your statutory rights

FULL  PRICE  Items - If you purchase goods with us and if you are not completely satisfied, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Complete the return form with the reason of your return and order number and place it the shoebox

If an item is returned outside the 14 day returns period, STORE CREDIT will ONLY be offered (applies only to full-priced items)

Please note that goods MUST NOT BE WORN and in the original UNDAMAGED shoebox

Returns may take time, it can take approximately 14 business days for us to receive your return. Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment

Please note if your purchase has a fault we have got to be notified within 3 days, faulty item that goes over this period may not be accepted

SALE PRICE  Items Sale items can be returned for an exchange size/style or store Credit which will be posted out to you in the form of a Store Gift Card

If you require an exchange please give us full details of your requirements. We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit

Please be advised that due to the nature of the highly beaded decoration/ sequins / jewels of some products, some small beads and trims will become loose during normal wear and tear and are not a manufacturing fault

If you need to cancel your order please email shoevoyage@gmail.com  within 1 hour of placing your order, otherwise orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched

Please also note that most of styles are not waterproof unless the description states
